|Alexis de Tocqueville Society members provide the bold vision and inspired generosity that
invigorate our mission and shape our community. In good times and bad, they are a strong
and steady source of hope and a constant reminder of all that is good and true. Together, 900 Alexis de Tocqueville Society members contributed more than $16.1 million to United Way of Greater Houston in 2012-13, once again setting the standard for the Alexis de Tocqueville Society in America. We salute these individuals for leading the way, staying the course through good times and bad, and laying the foundation for a brighter tomorrow.
A select group of committed Alexis de Tocqueville Society members encourages new members and increased giving through their Challenge Match fund. Heartfelt thanks go to our Benefactors and Visionaries for generously leveraging their gifts to make an even bigger difference in changing Houston for good.
