As a member of Looper Reed & McGraw, P.C., Sofia Adrogué practices in business litigation and healthcare matters across the country. The native Argentinean is also a prolific writer having published over 60 legal journal articles since 1997. She is a frequent Continuing Legal Education speaker and has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center. Adrogué has been honored as a Texas Legend by the Houston Chronicle and KHOU-TV. She is the recipient of the Barbara Jordan Legacy Award given by the National Council of Negro Women. She has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly and named among Houston's Top Lawyers by H Texas Magazine. Adrogué is dedicated to community service and serves on the boards of the American Leadership Forum, Chinquapin School, the United Way, Girls Inc. of Greater Houston, the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System Foundation, the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Theatre Under the Stars, the United Way of Greater Houston and RICETMS (Recruitment Into Collegiate Education Through Minority Scholarships). Adrogué is a graduate of Rice University and the University of Houston Law Center. A high achiever as a student, professional and community volunteer, her most important accomplishment is her family - husband Stan Gustafson and their children Sloane, Schuyler and Stefan.
