Project Blueprint
Houston is one of the nation’s most diverse cities. In order to serve their clients effectively, nonprofits must reflect the richness and diversity of the community they serve. Since 1988, United Way’s Project Blueprint has graduated twenty six classes of highly skilled candidates. More than 650 graduates have moved into leadership roles in local nonprofits bringing with them the skills and resources needed to assist their nonprofit organization in improving performance and increasing their impact in the community.
Project Blueprint Announces The 2008 Dorothy Caram Commitment To Leadership Award

The award recognizes an outstanding diverse leader whose individual efforts have increased diversity in leadership in our community. The recipient will be selected on the basis of community involvement, development of emerging leaders and commitment to diversity.
