United Way Bay Area Center
United Way of Greater Houston Bay Area Center provides a convenient, central location for those in the Bay Area community to access health and human services. In addition, the United Way of Greater Houston Bay Area Center offers a THRIVE Center, conference rooms and meeting space for community organizations, and an on-site computer lab for classes.
The safety and well-being of our clients, donors, staff, and volunteers is one of our top priorities. While there have not been any cases of COVID-19 at United Way of Greater Houston or among our partners, we are working to limit any potential risk by canceling, postponing, and rescheduling certain meetings and events.
United Way Thrive Orientations and Workshops and Neighborhood Tax Centers are canceled throughout March. The Community Resource Center is closed through April 30.
We are monitoring the situation week by week and will announce any further cancellations and/or postponed events as soon as possible.
If you need immediate assistance, please call 211.
