Integrated Client Journey

We provide navigation assistance to connect you directly to resources from our network of over 100 nonprofit partners, across a range of services. Some of these services may include training to help you get skills to get a job or better job, food pantries, counseling services, health care services, or quality early childhood and out-of-school time programs. These are just examples of services. A Navigator will work with you to understand what your immediate and long-term goals are, build your unique, personalized integrated journey, connecting you to the right services at the right time. They will provide 1:1 support along the way.

Navigators are available to meet by phone, virtually, or in person and are located in Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery, and Waller counties.
