Second Century Vision Funding
United Way of Greater Houston is excited to announce the launch of Second Century Vision, the strategic plan guiding our future work and investments, in order to create opportunities for individuals and families in the Greater Houston community to thrive.
Guided by research and data, United Way will focus on and invest in high-quality programs focused on serving ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) and those living below the Federal Poverty Level.
Interested nonprofit agencies in the four-county region of Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery and Waller counties can access the funding information here: www.unitedwayhouston.org/scv.
Our Interagency Information & Referral Network Meetings offer health and human service organizations a valuable opportunity to come together to inform, educate, and problem solve on behalf of the underserved in Montgomery County. Quarterly meetings provide a forum for learning about new resources, discussing current issues, and keeping up-to-date on existing services. All nonprofit agencies serving Montgomery County are welcome to attend. Meetings are held quarterly on the third Tuesday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the United Way of Greater Houston Montgomery County Service Center located at 1600 Lake Front Circle, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
